We are happy to deliver the first EnergyShield newsletter to our readers. This time we will report what we have achieved within the last six months and what are the upcoming steps.

Events with EnergyShield participation

image Kick-Off meeting in Bucharest
On the 21st of July, the consortium met the first time in Bucharest. During two days, the consortium partners explained to each other what their plans for the next three years are.
Bild Expo-Talk at CS3 - Stockholm
Robert Lagerström gave a talk where he presented the key points of the EnergyShield Project at the CS3STHLM, the Stockholm international summit on Cyber Security in SCADA and Industrial Control System.
Presentation of EnergyShield related work at EDOC 2019
On the 30th of October, representatives of the KTH Royal Institute of Technology presented a scientific paper at the EDOC conference in Paris. The paper describes a method to reuse Enterprise Architecture models for attack simulations. To illustrate their approach they used two examples from the energy domain.
 Presence at the European Utility Week 2019
Six representatives of the Energy Shield project travelled to Paris to explain the idea and the solutions provided by our project at the European Utility Week.
Bild Second consortium meeting in Athens
2nd and 3rd December, the consortium partners met in Athens to discuss the proceeding of the work packages. 

Provided Deliverables

Since the beginning of our project, we have provided different deliverables:

D9.2 Project QA Handbook
The Project QA Handbook summarizes the way EnergyShield proposes to organize internal procedures. It aims to assist all potential contributors, from each partner level to work package leaders, and provide a common framework aiming at minimizing the administrative overhead.
D7.1 Communication Plan
The Communication Plan structures the plan and execution of both internal and external communication of the project results through a variety of channels. This task also introduces the project website hosted at www.energy-shield.eu that will be used for communication and dissemination purposes.
D7.4 Dissemination Plan
The Dissemination Plan describes how the EnergyShield project plans and implements dissemination activities. The strategy to follow up the activities alongside with the interaction with other tasks from WP7 and WP8 is presented. Moreover, dissemination resources and tools like branding, posters, publications, keynote speeches and event participation, digital resources, educational resources, development of a project video are further introduced.
